Trullo Vicino al Mare is located in Contrada Tamburroni, between the sea and the town of Ostuni: the historic center of Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is about 11 min by car while the pristine beach of Torre Pozzelle can be reached in 15 min.
A few kilometers away is Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and enogastronomy; Cisternino, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a World Heritage Site since 1996.
About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnatia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing towns with charming historic centers and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve (22 min by car), then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque.
Moving westward is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally to Matera, distinctive for its Sassi.
